Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region. Estimated shipping times are:

- Europe: 5–12 business days

- Asia: 3–8 business days
- Other Regions: 7–15 business days

12-Month Limited Warranty
All Airmaster products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Product malfunction caused by non-human factors
- Functional failures under normal operating conditions
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
Warranty Claims
If you experience any issues during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team at support@boundlessports.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)
Our team will review your claim and provide the most appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or other support where applicable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
