When will my order ship?
The first small batch is scheduled to ship in September 2026, with remaining orders shipping in batches as production and testing are completed. All current orders are expected to ship by December 2026.
What types of balls does Airmaster work with?
Airmaster is compatible with all standard pressurized tennis and padel balls — regardless of brand or color. As long as the ball relies on internal air pressure for its bounce, Airmaster can bring it back to life and extend its playable lifespan.
How does charging work? How long does the battery last?
Airmaster has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery and charges via Type-C — the same cable you use for your phone, tablet, or laptop.
A full charge takes about 1-2 hours and lasts up to 2 months with regular use (2-3 pressurization cycles per week).
How much longer will my balls last with Airmaster?
Based on our long-term internal testing and real feedback from beta users, Airmaster extends the effective lifespan of balls by approximately 3x. Instead of throwing balls away after 1-2 sessions, you can play 5-6 sessions or more with the same set — just place them back in the canister after each match, press the button, and they'll come out feeling near-new every time.
Can Airmaster repair damaged or worn-out balls?
Airmaster is designed to help maintain or restore internal air pressure in pressurized tennis and padel balls. It cannot repair physical damage such as worn felt, cracks, cuts, punctures, deformation, or other structural damage. This is because Airmaster works by restoring the ball’s internal pressure, while physical damage affects the ball’s outer materials or structural integrity and cannot be repaired through pressurization alone.
For best results, use balls that are still physically intact but have lost internal pressure or bounce. If a ball has significant physical damage, such as a cracked surface, damaged felt, puncture, or severe deformation, we recommend replacing it rather than attempting to restore it with Airmaster.
What is your warranty and return policy?
